  • Preparation
    1. Season rib eye steak with olive oil and herb salt.
    2. Cook steak on high heat until surface is browned, and lower heat until meat is fairly cooked in the center.
    3. Cut mushrooms in half and cut off asparagus stems. Grill mushrooms and asparagus in pan.
    4. Parboil tomatoes to peel skin and cut in half. Peel oranges and chop in bite sizes.
    5. Add chopped basil to tomatoes and orange and mix all other pickled tomato ingredients.
    6. Mix all dressing ingredients using a blender and keep chilled.
    7. Plate steak, mushrooms, asparagus on a bed of salad greens and serve with pickled tomatoes.
