  • Preparation

      Hot/Red Pepper Paste Salsa


    1. Wash tomatoes and dice after removing seeds.
    2. Dice onion, pickle, and pineapple into same sizes as tomatoes.
    3. Mix hot pepper paste, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, minced cilantro to step 1 and 2 to make hot pepper paste salsa.

    hot/red pepper paste salsa may be used as dipping sauces for a variety of ingredients such as chips or other seafood.

      Clam Canapés


    1. Steam or broil clams in oven.
    2. Serve clams on a coated plate of salt, topped with salsa. Garnish with radish sprouts.
