  • Chung Jung One Hot/Red Pepper Paste
  • tomato
  • minced onion
  • minced paprika
  • ketchup
  • lemon juice
  • sugar
  • minced cilantro

  • Preparation
    1. Season chicken tenderloins with herb salt and olive oil for about 10 minutes.
    2. Julienne onions and lettuce.
    3. Julienne paprika after removing seeds.
    4. Preheat pan on medium heat and lightly toast tortilla front and back.
    5. In a different pan, sauté chicken tenderloins until browned.
    6. Cut crosses on the head of tomatoes and peel the skins off after lightly cooking them in boiling water.
    7. Remove tomato seeds and dice into thick chunks.
    8. Mix all fajita sauce ingredients in a bowl and add diced tomatoes to make hot/red pepper paste salsa sauce.
    9. Plate onion, lettuce, paprika, chicken tenderloins over tortilla and serve with hot/red pepper paste salsa sauce.
